How can I pay? We accept most major debit and credit cards.
Is it safe to order online with us? Yes it is. We use Sagepay to process your payment and they are the UK’s most recommended payment gateway provider. Sagepay has a level one Card Data Security Standard.

How do I use my promotional code or gift voucher? Enter the code at the checkout and click update. Only one promotional/discount code can be used per purchase. Promotional and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be used to buy gift vouchers.
Can I amend my order? One your order has been completed it cannot be amended or changed but you may be able to cancel it.
Can I cancel my order? You have 24 hours to cancel your order via email unless you have chosen next day delivery where the item is dispatched almost immediately, in which case you can return the item within the normal 7 days.
My order has not arrived yet. If your item has not arrived within the stated period please contact the Customer Care Team.
I have received a faulty/ incorrect item or I have an item missing. Please contact the Customer Care Team.
The item I like is not in my size/colour. Please contact the Customer Care Team as some dresses are available to order as a ‘Special Order’.
What is a Special Order? If you require a size or colour that is not available in our shop we may be able to order it from our supplier as a ‘special order’. Special Order dresses are non returnable.
Do you do gift vouchers? Yes we do – just click on the voucher on any Land, Water or Snow page. Decide how much you want to spend, fill in the personal message in check out and complete the checkout.
Do you do paper Gift Vouchers? Yes and can choose to have it sent direct to recieving recipient.
Can I cancel a voucher? You can cancel a voucher within one hour of purchase.
Do you do vouchers in different currencies? No we only do voucher in GBP at the moment.
Can I return items bought with a gift voucher? Yes – the standard returns policy applies. If you paid with a combination of card and gift voucher, the card amount will be refunded first and the balance as a gift voucher.
Do you deliver to work addresses? We do – but you need to be confident that it will be received for you as the parcel will be delivered to the place and not the person.
When will I know my parcel is on its way? We will send you an email telling you we have dispatched it.
Can I track my parcel? If your item has been sent using a trackable service we will send you the tracking number with your dispatch email.
What if I am not in when my parcel arrives? You need to sign for your parcel when it arrives. If by chance you are not in the courier will try to deliver it again or leave a card stating how to arrange a delivery.
Can I amend my delivery address? We are unable to change or amend any part of the order once it is complete.
Order Procedures and Cancellation
Orders must be placed in writing and paid for. Orders will be excepted from those with approved accounts on the provision of signed recognised requisitions. Electronic payments through the website shopping cart are possible through our appointed agents SAGEPAY. Electronic payments via the shop are via Streamline. They provide the necessary high level encryption necessary to provide high security for your details and the Shop is certified by TRUSTWAVE where necessary in order to protect your details. Payments via Paypal and Bacs transfer are similarly protected.
Due to the increase demise and cases of fraud, cheques are no longer excepted.
By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Upon completion of the online order process, you will be sent an acknowledgement of order. This acknowledgement of order confirms our receipt of your offer to purchase only and does not indicate our acceptance of the order.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, an order may be cancelled within 7 working days of receipt of the order. Please note however, #
1. that you will be liable for the cost of returning the item.
2. only items in as-new condition as supplied will be accepted for return.
3. the receipt , tags and sealed packaging must be included where appropriate.
4. all cancellation requests must be made in writing by email.
5. the product must be returned with a returns number on the packaging in the agreed method.
6. the customer is responsible for the goods until they have been accepted by 1st Wet & Wild Ltd.
7. orders may not be cancelled once accepted and despatched but prior to delivery.
8. orders may not be cancelled in the event that we or our appointed agent is unable to successfully deliver an order due to inadequate or incorrect address details provided by the customer, unreasonably restricted access at the delivery address or customer not being present to accept the delivery. We reserve the right to charge the customer for all reasonable costs incurred in recovering or disposal of the involved goods.
To avoid any misunderstanding, we DO NOT accept order cancellation by telephone. All order cancellations must be made in writing to ensure that the instruction is clearly understood (i.e. so that only the relevant part is cancelled, or the whole order where appropriate). All cancellation requests will be acknowledged by return email with a returns number and instructions as to how the item has to be returned. Items will NOT be accepted without a returns number due to the necessity to protect staff and to comply with current Health and Safety Regulations.
Product not in as-new condition may be accepted, at our discretion, subject to a handling charge, to cover losses incurred selling the product at a reduced price.
All our products are sold with a return to base warranty. This provides 12 months cover against manufacturing defect, unless expressly stated otherwise by the manufacturer. Goods can only be accepted for warranty consideration if returned in a clean state that complies with current Health and Safety regulations.
Any product proving to be faulty within 30 days can be returned for a full refund or replacement. After that time, we reserve the right to replace the product or repair at our discretion. Where the cause of a fault is not clear, it may be necessary for us to return the item to the manufacturer for testing in order to confirm that the fault is due to manufacturing or material defect.
Damage or Shortage on Delivery
Any damage to, or shortage on delivery must be notified immediately in writing within 7 working days of delivery. Please check all product thoroughly on delivery and advise immediately by email in the event of any concern.
In the event that your purchase is not suitable, you have the right to return it to us. However you must adhere to points 1 to 8 in the section “ order cancellation” within 7 working days.
Where you are requiring an exchange you will be responsible for the cost of sending the replacement. Payment must be provided before the replacement item will be despatched. This charge does not apply if you collect the replacement goods from our store
In the case of warranty returns this charge will be waived.
Purchase of Knives
Please note that UK knife law restricts the sale of Knives to those who are over 18yrs of age. By purchasing a knife from us whether in the shop or from our website you are agreeing to these terms.
